Training is critical to effective use of your programs.

People who purchase accounting software generally do so hoping to increase their productivity and efficiency. If the investment stops with the software purchase, the sought-after benefits are unlikely to be realized to their fullest. You will have a powerful program but without the knowledge of much of its capabilities and how to use it. While many users can learn a program on their own by reading manuals or through trial and error, most simply will not take the time to do this. Often, those users who do teach themselves the programs may perform the tasks incorrectly with disparate results.
